PLS were engaged to construct a small residential park at the northern end of the Elara estate.

A list of key works completed include bulk earthworks and carting, stormwater drainage, water service, concrete pavement, garden preparation, tree planting and mass planting, cultivation and turfing, playground installation, softfall rubber and street furniture installation.
